These Terms govern the use of the landing page and, in general, the TrainGen platform provided by Webita Agency OÜ, registered office at Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn, 11314, Estonia, VAT ID: EE102810237. The landing does not require registration and does not collect personal data. The app (app.traingen.eu) is subject to specific terms available in‑app.
TrainGen provides tools for generating training plans and collaborating with Personal Trainers. Content is for fitness and informational purposes; it does not constitute medical advice. Consult a professional for clinical conditions or doubts.
“AI Plan” — €4.99 per generation. “Personal Trainer” — from €9.99*/month.
*Each Trainer may include their monthly consulting fee directly in the in‑app subscription via Stripe direct charges (split payments), or handle it externally.
Payments are processed by Stripe. TrainGen does not store card data. Charges may include split payments between TrainGen and the Trainer according to the Trainer’s settings.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts for the current period are non‑refundable.
You must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to distribute malware. TrainGen may suspend or limit access in case of violations.
AI outputs and Trainer plans are provided “as is”. TrainGen does not warrant fitness for particular purposes. Trainers act as independent professionals and are responsible for their consulting activities.
Trademarks, logos, UI, and platform content are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
We may update the Terms. Changes are effective upon publication. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by EU law and, where applicable, Italian law. Disputes are subject to the consumer’s competent court.
