TrainGen is a digital platform dedicated to supporting physical activity and personal fitness. Through the application, users can create a personal account, complete a profile with information relating to their goals and physical condition, generate training plans through automated systems, subscribe to monthly plans, and communicate with Personal Trainers registered on the platform through text or voice chat.
The service is provided exclusively for informational purposes and to support workout organization. TrainGen does not provide medical, diagnostic, or healthcare services.
Training plans generated through artificial intelligence systems or provided by Personal Trainers on the platform do not constitute medical advice or healthcare prescription. TrainGen does not carry out clinical assessments or health monitoring.
The user acknowledges that any medical conditions, injuries, or health issues must be assessed by a doctor before starting a training program. Use of the service takes place under the user's full responsibility.
To access the main platform features, it is necessary to create a personal account. During registration and use of the service, identifying information and data relating to the fitness profile may be collected, including personal details, information about training goals, experience, weekly availability, available equipment, and any declared information about injuries or physical conditions.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for keeping them secure.
TrainGen reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of unlawful, fraudulent, or Terms-violating use.
Access to certain platform features may require a monthly subscription. In particular, subscription plans may be offered for access to automatic workout generation features and subscription plans for access to consultation with Personal Trainers.
Payments are managed through external providers specialized in electronic payment services, including Stripe. TrainGen does not store users' full payment card details.
Subscriptions may include automatic renewal unless cancelled by the user as indicated in the Subscription cancellation section.
Some platform features rely on automated systems and artificial intelligence models for generating workout plans and selecting exercises. These systems process the information provided by the user in order to propose content consistent with the declared profile.
The user acknowledges that results generated by automated systems may not be free from errors or inaccuracies and must be used with common sense and critical judgment.
The platform allows communication between the user and the Personal Trainer through text chat and, where provided, through voice messages. Access to chat may be subject to an active subscription with the selected Trainer.
TrainGen provides only the technical infrastructure for communication and is not a party to any professional relationship that may be established between the user and the Trainer.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time through the dedicated area within the application. Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the period already paid for, depending on the option selected.
Cancellation stops automatic renewals. Any refunds are governed by applicable law and the conditions of the payment provider.
The user may request permanent deletion of their account directly from the Settings section of the application, by explicitly confirming the operation. Alternatively, a request may be sent to info@traingen.eu.
Deletion results in the removal of the user profile and associated data present in the application database, including personal content generated or uploaded by the user, except for any data that must be retained for legal, tax, or security obligations.
The procedure is irreversible and results in the definitive loss of access to content and services associated with the account.
TrainGen processes personal data in order to enable registration, provide platform functionality, manage subscriptions, enable communication between users and Trainers, and send technical notifications. Details on data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available on the official website.
The TrainGen trademark, software, interfaces, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. The user is granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable license to use the service.
TrainGen does not guarantee specific results in terms of physical performance or achievement of the goals declared by the user. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
TrainGen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes shall be effective from the date of publication on the website or application.
These Terms are governed by European Union law and, for consumers, by the mandatory rules of the user's country of residence.
